Zumintel Inc. is committed to protecting your personal information. We do not sell, trade, or rent your data to third-party data brokers or ad networks — ever.
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (via email/password or OAuth providers such as Google and Apple).
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the platform — including property searches, saved properties, AI reports generated, and feature usage — to improve our service and personalise your experience.
Commute & Preference Data: If you configure commute points or lifestyle preferences, this data is stored in your account to power personalised analysis.
Payment Information: Billing is handled exclusively by Stripe. Zumintel does not store or have access to your full credit card number or financial account details.
Service Delivery: We use your information to provide property analysis, generate AI reports, manage your saved properties, and deliver the features you have subscribed to.
Service Improvement: Aggregated, anonymised usage data helps us understand which features are most valuable and where to focus product development.
Communications: We may send you account-related emails (confirmations, password resets, subscription updates). You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
We Do Not Sell Your Data: Zumintel does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third-party data brokers, advertisers, or ad networks under any circumstances.
Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party providers to operate the platform — including Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Google (AI and maps), and Zillow/ATTOM (property data). These providers are contractually bound to handle your data only as needed to deliver their services.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Zumintel, its users, or the public.
Encryption: All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption via our database provider.
Access Controls: Row-level security policies ensure users can only access their own data. Internal access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Essential Cookies: We use cookies strictly necessary to authenticate your session and maintain your login state. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
No Advertising Cookies: Zumintel does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics cookies, or behavioural advertising technologies.
Access & Portability: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time.
Correction: You may update your account information directly within the platform settings at any time.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
